Praia de Ouro Sul's accommodation units consist of logwood houses and permanent tents.

The development currently comprises the following:

1. The security gate at the entrance and fencing
2. Infrastructure buildings
3. Roads, water and electricity installations
4. The restaurant and bar complex and swimming pool
5. Several permanent tents
6. Thirteen logwood houses
7. The boma area for barbeques, equipped with cooking facilities for the tented camp
8. Boat houses, and
9. Boat shelters with washing facilities.

Most the houses on the resort will have sea views, and are set apart to ensure privacy. All houses are fully furnished and equipped (turnkey) and tastefully decorated. Furniture is of a high quality; bedding, kitchenware, curtains/blinds and bathroom towels for 8 people are included. The houses have electricity and hot and cold water.

A standard logwood house comprises of the following:

• Three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have sliding doors to the patio, overlooking the sea.
• Two bathrooms (one with bath, shower, toilet and basin, en suite to the main bedroom, the other with shower, toilet and basin)
• An open plan lounge, kitchen and patio area. Large units also have a flat downstairs comprising another en suite bedroom.

Houses are serviced daily.
